Bill McCloud

Bill McCloud graduated from Lee University with a degree in Christian Education, and from there went to seminary school to further his education. Bill found his way back to Norfolk, where a few years later, took over the family business called MACSONS, along side of his brother, Stephen. Within a few years, they turned a small business into one of the largest Demolition and Environmental Companies in the state of Virginia. Some of their notable clients would be NASA, Bon Secours Health System, The White House, VDOT, and Smithfield Foods Corporation. Bill has a massive heart for helping people. Christy McCloud

Founding Board Member

Christy McCloud attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN. She has worked in the nonprofit field for over 20 years for various organizations prior to establishing Adipsy. Christy managed a national marketing franchise based out of Tampa, FL,   and she has worked with several national clients, assisting with their advertising and marketing needs. Christy has a heart of giving. She took all of her past working experiences and connected it to what she loves doing, which she then found Adipsy. She sees Adipsy as being her way of giving back to people less fortunate than her. See Christy & Bill’s Story

Ronald J. Lauster

Founding Board Member

Ron has worked at at W. M. Jordan Company for over 20 years as a Project Engineer, then Quality Control Manager, and now serves as a vital part of the company as Project Manager. Ron’s decades of experience includes projects like the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts at Christopher Newport University, the Special Operations Center at NAS Oceana, and the Restoration of the Historic Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach. Ron’s drive for mentoring and raising up leaders in the community is evident through his involvement with Tidewater Community College’s Drafting and Design Advisory Committee and Old Dominion University’s Engineering Technology Industrial Advisory Board.
