Bill McCloud

Founding Board Member

Bill McCloud graduated from Lee University with a degree in Christian Education, and from there went to seminary school to further his education. Bill found his way back to Norfolk, where a few years later, took over the family business called MACSONS, along side of his brother, Stephen. Within a few years, they turned a small business into one of the largest Demolition and Environmental Companies in the state of Virginia. Some of their notable clients would be NASA, Bon Secours Health System, The White House, VDOT, and Smithfield Foods Corporation. Bill has a massive heart for helping people. Ronald J. Lauster

Founding Board Member

Ron Lauster earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University.  Subsequently, he completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the Hampton Roads CIVIC Leadership Institute.  Having joined W. M. Jordan Company in 1997, Ron has spent his career in operations holding positions in engineering, quality control, project management, and executive management until becoming president in 2018.  He has managed large complex public and private projects such as the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts at Christopher Newport University, the Quad Student Housing at Old Dominion University, several Special Operation Facilities and the Restoration of the Historic Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach.  Ron’s passion for educating, mentoring, and growing leaders in the community is evident through his involvement with Tidewater Community College’s Drafting and Design Advisory Committee and Old Dominion University’s Engineering Technology Industrial Advisory Board.  While involved in many charitable causes, serving on Adipsy’s Board is important to him, as the hardships people face from cancer do not have to be faced alone

Sean Roe

Board Member

Sean Roe is a Project Manager for Macsons Demolition and Environmental.  Sean has been working with Macsons for over 8 years and continues to grow with the company as the company moves forward.  Sean graduated from Regent University with a bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in General Management.  Sean has volunteered with Adipsy since its inception and continues to partner with them through Macsons on projects that give back to cancer patients and their families.

Bob Groves

Board Member

Bob, a Certified Business and Life Coach, Consultant and Keynote Speaker, has been married over 33 years to his wife Shawn. He has 3 adult children and 2 grandsons. His clients span North America ranging from Solo Entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 Companies. Bob has studied and taught leadership for over 3 decades and has the gift of taking the complex and making it simple and relevant. With over 15,000 hours of public speaking, he’s as comfortable having one on one conversations as he is speaking to 1000’s. He runs 2 businesses, Man Alive and Bob Groves Coaching, each in the coaching and consulting field with specific focuses for personal and professional development. Regardless of the context, his core value is adding value to you by bringing relevant insights and solutions to your life, your leadership and your business.
